Course Description
As we begin this Certified Public Manager program, we will be focusing on four topics in this course:

- Business writing: Enhancing your business writing skills by participating in discussion boards, creating a personal purpose statement, developing written goals and keeping a learning log.
- Presentation skills: Improving your comfort level and skill at speaking in public.
